Leslie, This is a good basic start. You have to consider doing the things I have taught you..and if you have already then POST THEM: they are GESTURES- all different types, loose, fast, really fast!!!!, look at RELATIONSHIPS of one shape to another.
ALSO: almost the MOST important to you...draw a loose almost scribbly web of MASS, don't think of LINE, think of VOLUMES (clumps of clay if it helps) and START LIGHT build to DARK!
Hi Leslie, I think your drawing looks great. There is some real progress from Snoopy! The only things I might advise you to take a look at is the empty shape between the legs, and the fact that in the master it feels like she is leaning and in yours if feels like she is sitting upright.
