this is my collage.i drew and cutout the leg, wrapped it in pantyhose, and put staples and chains all over it. The letters are made from some necklace beads I found in my jewelry box.
The sculpture is a self-portrait by a UK artist, Rose Garrard.
I could explain what all of this means, but it might make me grumpy. Maybe it's just time for a nap.
Go PUT some LIPSTICK on! (which is a bit hard to read, but I like that, makes me LOOK harder!) And the blood, basically between the legs, makes me think about things woman are TOLD to do, or have to deal with and this ACHING portrait in the middle looks as though it's heart is being torn out and it's another person...her perhaps?
