Anna, can I ask you two favors: 1. Write to me about the differences you experience when you work from line and feel comfortable and when you work from charcoal and feel ??? I think that both are important to your growth as an artist and I want to help future students to understand the validity in "gesture, feeling the whole, etc." So maybe you words would help as I think these drawings are AMAZING! It is good to see you growing. (I also have not seen the personal work for a while...I think you should finish one or two of those drawings so that we can see them as you intend them to ultimately be!)
2. Can you send me the list of notes we wrote in class about what a drawing is, how we stay in the right brain, etc... I didn't write them down!
